Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the website remember your preferences and improve your experience.
2. Legal framework
Under Article 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act (Telecommunicatiewet), consent is required for placing cookies, unless the cookies are strictly necessary for the service or meet the requirements for analytical cookies with minimal privacy impact.
3. Which cookies do we use?
Grupetti uses minimal cookies. We do not display ads and do not use third-party tracking cookies.

4. Necessary cookies
Supabase authentication cookies are strictly necessary for the Platform to function. Without these cookies, you cannot log in or use the dashboard. Under Dutch telecommunications law, no consent is required for these cookies.
5. Analytical tools
We use Vercel Web Analytics for anonymized website statistics. Vercel Web Analytics does not place cookies, does not use cross-site tracking, does not collect personal data, and aggregates data at the page level. Since it does not place cookies or collect personal data, no consent is required.
6. Cookies we do not use
Grupetti does not use marketing cookies, advertising cookies, social media tracking cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party profiling cookies.
7. Third-party service cookies
When you connect an external service through the Platform (such as Strava via OAuth), that service may place its own cookies. These cookies are outside Grupetti's responsibility. Please refer to the cookie policy of the respective service.
8. Your choices
You can manage cookies via your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may limit the functionality of the Platform (you will not be able to log in).
9. Changes
If we materially change our cookie practices (e.g., adding analytical cookies that require consent), we will update this policy and notify you.
